Cancellation Before Shipment

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, please email Aara Health’s customer care team at info@aarahealth.co or WhatsApp at +918920857339 to cancel your order. Please also provide your name and purchase order number to ensure the cancellation takes place smoothly.

Cancellation After Shipment

  • If you want to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, please email Aara Health’s customer care team at info@aarahealth.co or WhatsApp at +918920857339. You may be charged a cancellation fee depending on when your order was dispatched. Please also provide your name and purchase order number to ensure the cancellation takes place smoothly.

Cancelling a Subscription 

  • If you want to cancel a monthly subscription, please email Aara Health’s customer care team at info@aarahealth.co or WhatsApp +918920857339. You will be charged full price for the number of months completed as part of your subscription. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account in 7-14 business days. 
  • Please note that we do not offer any refunds on subscriptions post delivery and the applicable fees will be charged based on the number of products delivered. 

What happens if the product needs to be re-delivered?

  • If the user provides an incorrect address, is not available for pick-up when the item is delivered, or wishes to change the delivery address after the product has been dispatched, then Aara Health may charge for any additional delivery or re-delivery costs.  

How will I get Refunded for the Cancellation?

  • The appropriate amount will be refunded via the method of payment – Razorpay / Stripe to your Credit/Debit card or Bank Account

How long does it take for the refund to go through?

  • If a user cancels an Aara Health product purchase or subscription before shipment, the Aara Health team will process the refund within 7-14 business days after receiving the cancellation request. Please also provide your name and purchase order number to ensure the cancellation takes place smoothly.
  • If a user cancels an Aara Health product purchase or subscription after shipment but before delivery, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on info@aarahealth.co or WhatsApp at +918920857339. You may be charged a cancellation fee depending on when your order was dispatched. Please also provide your name and purchase order number to ensure the cancellation takes place smoothly. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7-14 business days.

How do I return an item?

  • Aara Health users can raise a return or exchange request by getting in touch with our Customer Support team on info@aarahealth.co or WhatsApp at +918920857339. 
  • Return requests will only be accepted up to 7 days after the product(s) have been delivered. Please also provide your name and purchase order number to ensure the cancellation takes place smoothly. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7-14 business days.
  • We accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order. 
  • Opened or used inner bottles will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return.
  • Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. 

What items are NOT eligible for return?

  • If a user wishes to return an Aara Health product, then they must do so within 7 days of delivery. Aara Health will not accept any product returns if the user has kept the product for more than 7 days. Aara Health will only accept unopened products as returns. 
  • The product returned must be in the same condition that it was received. The should not be opened and there must not be any product or design damages on the product packaging or label. 

Can I return part of my order?

  • Yes, as long as the return request is placed within 7 days of delivery and the packaging/condition of the product being returned is intact and unopened, you may complete a partial return of your product purchase. 

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

  • Aara Health’s products go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.
  • If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 7 (seven) days of receiving the order:
  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email info@aarahealth.co or WhatsApp at +918920857339 within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Please also provide your name and purchase order number to ensure your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Refunds take up to 7-14 business days. 
  • Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
